Sign Into Your Jagex Account

Sign in to the Jagex Launcher
Open the Jagex Launcher and enter the email and password that was provided to you with your order.

Choose Verification Method
Select your preferred login method. Both authenticator and email verification are supported.
💡 Tip
We recommend using an authenticator app for enhanced security.

Generate Your Code
Generate your code at Tempbox.
Click the TOTP Gen Button:
Paste your OTP secret key into the field and copy the six-digit code it returns.
⚠️ Important
Save your secret key in a secure location. You'll need it to regenerate codes if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Email Verification

Access Your Email
Navigate to Tempbox
Click the Change Button:
Type in the start of your temporary email address and select the correct domain and click Update Email Address.

Retrieve Verification Code
Check your inbox for the verification code email and copy the code provided.

Securing Your Account

Removing the OTP Authenticator
Navigate to your account settings from the main menu.

Find the Authenticator
In Two‑Factor Authentication / Authenticator, click the three dots (…) and choose Disable. Confirm to finish.

Changing Email & Password

Access Your Email
Navigate to Tempbox
Click the Change Button:
Type in the start of your temporary email address and select the correct domain and click Update Email Address.

Open Account Settings
Back in the Jagex Launcher, open Account Settings.

Update Email & Password
Use the pencil icons to change both the email and the password to your own. Save when done.
🔒 Security Recommendation
Use a strong password that includes:
- At least 12 characters
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers and special characters
- No personal information
